Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Virtual and In-Person)

Location: Remote with occasional in-person work (based in the Sylvania area)
 

Hours: Approximately 15 to 20 hours per month with flexibility to meet deadlines and

support occasional in-person meetings
 

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Job Summary We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time

Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This

hybrid role includes a variety of administrative responsibilities, performed primarily remotely

with occasional in-person tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates

clearly, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Virtual Support:

-Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, sending invites, preparing agendas,

and note-taking.

-Manage access and participation in The Predictive Index and MHS Talent Portal

assessments; track responses and support data analysis.

-Handle email communication, data entry, document formatting, and file organization.

-Draft, proofread, and format client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.

-Support client follow-ups, research, and general preparation for engagements.

-Maintain digital records and assist with light bookkeeping tasks (e.g., invoices, expense

tracking).
 

In-Person Support (As Needed):

-Attend and assist in producing and organizing materials for workshops and meetings.

-Manage physical filing systems and assist with paperwork processing.

-Run local errands such as picking up printed materials or purchasing supplies.
 

Qualifications & Skills

-Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role (virtual experience a plus).

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with The Predictive Index,

MHS Talent Portal, or willingness to learn.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

-Reliable transportation for occasional in-person tasks in the Sylvania area.
